Mckenzie (She/Her) is a Birth Doula and Reproductive Educator with Birth Mark Hamilton.

A certified Birth Doula for more than a decade, she specializes in supporting individuals with perinatal mental health concerns and cognitive differences. Mckenzie strives to provide care through the lens of trauma awareness and inclusivity. She is also passionate about reproductive education, aiming to provide evidence-based information in an approachable manner.

Mckenzie works in-person with clients, facilitates one of Birth Mark’s Building Blocks workshops, contributes to the Hamilton Shelter Health Network, and creates educational content. She is an energetic and animated member of the team, who can often be counted on to lighten the mood with a friendly joke or quip.

When Mckenzie is not working, she spends most of her free time with her two kiddos. She is also prone to collecting an eclectic array of hobbies, some of which include carpentry, art, pet grooming and sewing.
