Terri-Lynn (she/her) is an anti-oppressive, social justice activist and social worker with over 10 years in the counseling field. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education researching health equity for women in under-serviced populations.

Terri-Lynn is passionate about helping people to achieve the best possible health and a meaning-making life. She can assist service-users to figure out how best to address their own challenges and be their authentic selves.

Terri-Lynn is trained in many counseling and therapy models and is particularly good at helping people navigate systems. Some of her approaches include feminist approaches, relational-cultural theory, narrative approaches to counseling and motivational interviewing styles.

Terri-Lynn is grateful to everyone that she works alongside. She has many athletic accomplishments. She also loves a good cup of tea and documentaries of all kinds!
